Notice of the Academic Salon Activities of the Dinosaur Evolution Research Center

Academic Salon Theme: What are Dinosaurs and why we want to study them and the world around them?

Time: Tuesday, 18 June 2019, at 2 p.m. – 3 p.m.

Venue: Conference Room of DERC on the third floor ofthe former administrative building of the Central Campus

Participants: Postgraduate and undergraduate students whohave interest in paleontology and life evolution research are eligible toenroll.

Moderator: Academician Robert Reisz, Professor ChenJun

Activity procedures:

1. The moderator give a brief five-minute expositionon the theme of this seminar.

2. Invite participants to introduce themselves andtopics of interest, and ask questions for communication.

3. Academic discussion on the theme, and invite themoderator to summarize the activities.
